カスタマーサービスマネージャー/ Customer Service Manager
A renowned semiconductor manufacturing equipment company is seeking a Customer Service (Order Processing) Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end order operations and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive service performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the performance of the customer service team
- Oversee order processing and expedite management activities
- Track and improve key performance indicators
- Handle and resolve customer service escalations
- Collaborate with and manage the India-based CSR team
- Coordinate with HQ customer service operations counterparts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, or operations management
- More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or manufacturing industry
- More than 3 years of experience in people management
- Knowledge of account management
- Business level Japanese and English
