オフィスマネージャー/ Office Manager
A leading technology company is looking for an Office Manager. The selected candidate will oversee office operations, enhance the workplace experience, manage facilities and vendors, and provide operational support to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the headquarters and design studio, ensuring the workplace is organised, welcoming, and operating at the highest standard
- Create an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and visitors through exemplary hospitality
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
- Support the design and production teams by ordering materials such as fabrics, paint, and production hardware
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, furniture, and inventory to ensure all workplace requirements are available
- Improve the workplace environment and employee experience by proposing and implementing new ideas
- Organise company-wide events to strengthen relationships among employees
Requirements:
- Strong experience managing vendors, facilities, and workplace operations with professionalism and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating office moves, renovations, and workspace improvements
- Ability to balance hospitality with operational excellence while creating a welcoming and highly functional workplace
- Mastery of Japanese etiquette and business customs
- Strong track record of handling confidential information responsibly
- Ability to understand the company's philosophy, business goals, and the CEO's way of thinking to recommend appropriate actions and strategies
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
