ファシリティマネージャー/ Facilities Manager
A multinational luxury fashion company is hiring a Facilities Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the full operation, maintenance, and improvement of building facilities while ensuring high client and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the building and facilities, including safety, engineering, and general maintenance
- Lead the General Service team in managing the maintenance of interior and exterior conditions
- Ensure prompt and positive response to client and tenant needs
- Conduct contract reviews to align services with client and tenant expectations
- Monitor and deliver budget, financial reports, expenditures, and purchase orders
- Develop and present annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans
- Assist in capital budget planning for maintenance and cost reduction initiatives
- Analyse work order data to assess performance, service gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Approve staffing decisions and oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive customer-focused service
- Promote operational innovation and best practices in facility management
- Ensure tenant and vendor compliance with insurance requirements and manage claims
- Manage property modifications, inspections, claims, contractor coordination, and budgeting
- Analyse and review service charges, rental invoicing, and tenancy schedules
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in facility management and team leadership
- Experience in building systems, structures, and property management
- Skilled in project management, coordination, and organisational tasks
- AutoCAD basic skills or other drawing/design software is a plus
- Possess a valid Fire Prevention Manager course completion
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
