コントラクトマネージャー/ Contract Manager

An international professional services firm is searching for a Contract Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for contract review, quality, and risk management for consulting services. This is a remote work position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on reviewing Japanese and English business outsourcing contracts, NDAs, service usage contracts, and Global Master Service Agreements, including client negotiations and coordination
• Handle consultations related to contracts, quality, and risk management in consulting services
• Revise contract templates and support negotiations and coordination with clients
• Update internal regulations and manuals and ensure internal dissemination
• Create and propose company-wide risk management guidance in Japanese and English
• Plan and implement in-house training and e-learning related to QRM, contracts, and risk
• Manage and train contract review team members
• Support team members while acting as a playing manager in contract review and risk management tasks

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in reviewing Japanese and English contracts and related work in the legal department, etc.
• More than 2 years of experience in managing team members as a manager
• Ability to point out risks related to contract details from various perspectives and coordinate smoothly with related parties
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience in dealing with contracts related to IT work (license management, cloud usage, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in risk management-related work is a plus
• Proficient in written and verbal English (TOEIC 850+)
