コンプライアンスオフィサー/ Compliance Officer

A leading global financial institution is looking for a Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will oversee regulatory compliance, AML/CFT controls, risk assessments, regulatory reporting, and compliance training for the branch.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain an effective compliance framework aligned with local and group regulations
• Monitor banking and AML/CFT regulatory developments in Japan and Singapore and advise management
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend measures to address regulatory gaps
• Manage regulatory reports, certifications, compliance checklists, and control assessments
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, breaches, and communications with authorities and regional compliance teams
• Deliver compliance training and assess regulatory requirements for new products and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
