シニアコンプライアンスオフィサー/ Senior Compliance Officer

A global financial services company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will provide strategic compliance guidance and ensure regulatory alignment with Japan’s financial laws and global policies.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on compliance issues related to operations and business development
• Liaise with regulators and handle regulatory filings and inquiries
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting Japan business
• Review and approve sales, marketing, and external communications
• Maintain and update compliance manuals and policies
• Conduct compliance training and risk assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, law, or a relevant domain
• More than 8 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in regulatory/business compliance in asset management companies, or regulatory authorities in Japan
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the asset management industry in Japan
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
