セールスアカウントマネージャー/ Sales Account Manager

A global specialty chemicals company is looking for a Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key accounts, expand business opportunities, and deliver profitable sales growth across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop key customer and distributor accounts
• Build long-term relationships as the primary commercial contact
• Identify new business opportunities in strategic growth markets
• Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets
• Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, contract management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related domain
• 5-10 years of B2B sales experience within the chemical or related industries
• Experience in account management and distributor management
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the solvent industry
• Prior experience supporting semiconductor, battery, coatings, inks, or related industries
• Proven experience working in regional or global organisations
• Understanding of specialty chemicals, electronic materials, or industrial chemicals
