インサイドセールス担当/ Inside Sales Representative
A global software development company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. The chosen applicant will be responsible for generating new business, handling the sales process, and strengthening client relationships. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research, make outbound calls, and utilise networking strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Initiate outbound calls and design targeted cold email campaigns to engage new prospects
- Evaluate customer needs and conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and propose a personalised solution
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight product benefits
- Use CRM systems to track and manage the progress of sales opportunities
- Consistently follow up with leads and utilise various communication tools to nurture relationships
- Create regular reports on sales activities and analyse sales data for strategic insights
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronise lead generation initiatives and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a sales position, particularly in inside sales or related areas
- Experience with lead generation and successful cold outreach strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Ability to comprehend customer needs and craft customised solutions
- Professional level Japanese and English
