シニアビジネス分析プランナー/ Senior Business Analysis Planner
A global premium spirits company is looking for a Senior Business Analysis Planner. The selected candidate will manage sales data, drive business analysis, improve sales processes and CRM capabilities, lead cross-functional projects, and provide data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the continuous evaluation and improvement of sales processes, tools, and systems
- Analyse complex data and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Identify business growth drivers and measure the return on investment of sales activities
- Develop reports and KPI dashboards with cross-functional teams
- Communicate performance, issues, opportunities, and business plans with stakeholders
- Support sales leaders in establishing KPI goals using analytical insights
- Champion Salesforce CRM adoption across the sales organisation
- Monitor CRM user adoption and improve sales capabilities
- Lead the harmonisation and maintenance of sales-related master data
- Define and enforce master data management rules, data integrity, and data quality
- Manage master data management applications and ensure alignment with sales workflows
- Oversee user access, training, and adoption of sales data applications
- Lead sales-related cross-functional projects as a project manager
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Japan and overseas
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in sales management, sales planning, key account management, or trade marketing within the FMCG industry
- Understanding of market and channel structures, trade margins, and trade terms within the FMCG industry
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets capabilities for complex data management and analysis
- Conversational level English
Preferred requirements:
- FMCG industry experience with knowledge of trade layers and commercial processes
- Experience using CRM systems and tools
- Experience developing and improving sales capabilities, sales strategies, sales processes, tools, and guidelines
- Project management experience
- Experience working for a foreign company, particularly a U.S. or European company
