介入BUマネージャー/ Intervention BU Manager

A multinational medical device manufacturer is seeking an experienced Intervention BU Manager. The selected candidate will lead commercial strategies, drive organizational performance, and ensure compliance across business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies to drive revenue
• Lead sales and marketing teams while creating innovative customer solutions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and marketing plan development
• Design and manage an agile organisational structure aligned with company values
• Attract, develop, and retain diverse leadership talent through structured training and succession planning
• Ensure strict compliance with legal, corporate, and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and managing a business in healthcare related industries (medical device/equipment, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and bio related domains)
• Prior experience developing and managing an organisation through effective hiring, training, and motivation
• Proven experience in cardiovascular or surgical field is preferred
• Fluent level spoken and written English and Japanese
