BDチームアシスタント/ BD Team Assistant

A global eCommerce company is looking for a Business Development Team Assistant. The selected candidate will support seller acquisition, shop setup, and operational initiatives. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to potential sellers through cold emails and follow-ups
• Guide sellers through shop creation and follow up on incomplete setups
• Support sellers by addressing general inquiries and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate webinars, seminars, and seller events
• Manage repetitive and operational tasks to enable strategic focus for BD team
• Contribute to various ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms is ideal
• Proficient in Japanese and English is preferred
