ビジネス開発スペシャリスト/ BD Specialist

An automotive manufacturing company is looking for a BD Specialist Automotive aftermarket. The selected candidate will manage the company’s business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the market development in terms of product application trends
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and models, including emerging channels
• Track competitors and trends, and propose actions to grow share of wallets among key customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and act on performance and strategy gaps
• Cooperate with the regional sales team to work on the development of segmental channel strategies and commercial terms
• Provide technical and sales support for marketing and sales initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration
• More than 5 years of aftermarket or sales experience
• Experience in project lead or project cooperation
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent market/data research skills
• Familiar with MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English
