A global strategic communications and leadership advisory firm is looking for an Associate Director or Director. The selected candidate will manage client relationships, deliver investor relations and M&A communications, identify business opportunities, and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary relationship contact
• Develop strategic communications ideas aligned with clients’ business priorities
• Deliver investor relations and M&A communications mandates
• Support transaction announcements, earnings communications, and shareholder engagement
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitches and proposals
• Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of experience in PR, IR, M&A advisory, or a related field
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in advising on IR and/or M&A transactions
