アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
An international food manufacturer is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key accounts, drive sales growth, improve forecasting, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop account strategies to maximise sales performance and growth
- Manage trade spending and optimise product distribution
- Lead sales input for demand forecasting and trade investment planning
- Analyse POS and shipment data to maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Coordinate with retailers, wholesalers, and internal teams
- Support team development and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in FMCG sales or customer marketing
- Experience working with wholesalers
- Prior experience developing category growth stories
- Proven experience creating proposals based on POS analysis and hypothesis building
- Possess valid driver’s licence
- Native level Japanese
Preferred requirements:
- Experience leading category management initiatives in retail
- Prior sales experience in the food industry
- Proven experience working in a new business division or a start‑up environment
