シニアフィールドサービスマネージャー/ Sr. Field Service Manager
An international semiconductor equipment company is seeking a Senior Field Service Manager. The selected candidate will lead the field service team, ensuring efficient service operations and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Direct field service operations to ensure safety, quality, and performance at customer sites
- Manage on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting according to company policies
- Ensure timely project completion and customer FAC sign-off
- Oversee scheduling, skill development, and training of field service staff
- Manage service contracts and support services to meet customer commitments
- Resolve customer issues using global cross-functional support teams
- Lead service operations including staffing, cost control, and personnel development
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and corrective action participation at customer sites
- Maintain regular on-site customer engagement to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with global service teams to resolve field issues and enhance processes
- Promote best practices across all customer sites within the territory
- Drive continuous and profitable growth through scalable service solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
- More than 8 years of experience managing field service teams and foreign contractor management
- Experience in customer relations within the semiconductor capital equipment industry
- Proven experience managing major semiconductor customer sites, especially in diffusion, etch, lithography, or wet process
- Experience with foundry, OSAT, or compound semiconductor clients is a plus
- Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite
- Skilled in failure analysis and Kaizen methods (8D, fishbone, 5Why)
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple site locations
- Fluent level English
