An international chemical company is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer for Auto, Electronics. The selected candidate will manage key accounts, develop market strategies, and collaborate with global teams on new product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts to maintain and grow sales opportunities
• Work closely with customers to understand applications, processes, and technical needs
• Develop strategies to promote existing materials and identify new opportunities in the automotive market
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive global programs
• Provide technical support and coordinate customer testing with internal teams
• Lead new product development initiatives aligned with market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical, chemical engineering, or a relevant domain
• More than 5 years of commercial experience or in tech engineering in chemical industry
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
