自然販売/ Natural Sales

An international food and ingredient production is looking for a Natural Sales professional. The selected candidate will manage client communications, ensure satisfaction, and collaborate closely with internal teams and production sites.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities and customer communications for natural casing products
• Communicate with customer plant personnel, including stuffing operators and production managers
• Gather and exchange product-related information such as quality, specifications, logistics, and service
• Monitor competitor activities, including quality, packaging, and logistics performance
• Visit customer plants regularly to observe operations and maintain relationships
• Collaborate with the plant team on quality, logistics, and packaging details
• Coordinate closely with internal sales teams and report to the Senior Commercial Director
• Understand customer casing usage by item and by plant

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience to start sales activity in the food industry
• Interest in current industry and meat retail trends
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; conversational level English
