品質保証エンジニア/ Quality Assurance Engineer

An international chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer. The selected candidate will ensure product quality and compliance through quality system management, documentation, and analytical work.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards
• Conduct reviews and audits to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met
• Prepare and manage essential documentation, including Certificates of Analysis and Ingredients, Safety Data Sheets, and customer compliance records
• Leverage chemical expertise to support product evaluation and quality analysis through office-based tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a chemistry-related field
• More than 3 years in Quality Assurance or Operational Control roles
• Prior ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 550+); Chinese is a plus
