リージョナル人事リーダー/ Regional Human Resources Leader

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Regional Human Resources Leader. The selected candidate will lead regional HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, change initiatives, and HR operations aligned with business goals. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, culture, performance, and organisational effectiveness
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes
• Lead regional talent planning, succession management, leadership development, and internal mobility
• Drive culture, transformation, integration, and change initiatives across the region
• Manage employee relations, industrial relations, union engagement, compliance, and complex people matters
• Oversee HR operations, HRIS, analytics, governance, reporting, and core annual HR processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 12 years of progressive HR leadership
• Experience in multi‑site manufacturing environments and decentralised organisations
• Prior international experience with exposure to diverse regional markets
• Background in developing and executing regional people strategies
• Prior background in talent development, organisational design, and capability building
• Proven background in stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
• Skilled in IR/ER
• Fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Master’s degree in human resources, or related field
• MBA, further executive business education
• Possess valid professional certifications
