リージョナル人事リーダー/ Regional Human Resources Leader
A global manufacturing company is looking for a Regional Human Resources Leader. The selected candidate will lead regional HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, change initiatives, and HR operations aligned with business goals. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, culture, performance, and organisational effectiveness
- Translate business priorities into HR strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes
- Lead regional talent planning, succession management, leadership development, and internal mobility
- Drive culture, transformation, integration, and change initiatives across the region
- Manage employee relations, industrial relations, union engagement, compliance, and complex people matters
- Oversee HR operations, HRIS, analytics, governance, reporting, and core annual HR processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 12 years of progressive HR leadership
- Experience in multi‑site manufacturing environments and decentralised organisations
- Prior international experience with exposure to diverse regional markets
- Background in developing and executing regional people strategies
- Prior background in talent development, organisational design, and capability building
- Proven background in stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Skilled in IR/ER
- Fluent level English
Preferred requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources, or related field
- MBA, further executive business education
- Possess valid professional certifications
