シニア人事オペレーションズスペシャリスト/ Senior HR Operations Specialist

An energy solutions company is looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist. The chosen applicant will handle HR operations with a focus on payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle, and supporting broader HR initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage attendance data or system to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Verify payroll data prepared by the external payroll vendor
• Monitor and process employee status changes in coordination with a labour and social security attorney to ensure correct payroll updates
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with Finance teams to prepare payroll-related documentation, including for international secondees
• Prepare data for employee bonuses
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and HR matters
• Support the HR Manager in optimising HR operations and implementing HR strategies

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in labour management or HR operations
• Strong knowledge of payroll
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Hands-on HR experience in an international work environment is preferred
• Native level Japanese; conversational level English
