TAパートナー/ Talent Acquisition Partner
A global eCommerce company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The selected candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Japan, develop sourcing strategies, partner with local and global stakeholders, and optimise recruitment processes to support business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Japan-based roles across all business functions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using professional networks, job boards, social recruiting platforms, headhunting and employee referrals
- Partner with hiring managers, regional leadership and global teams to deliver recruitment solutions and provide market insights
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labour laws, employment standards and global HR policies
- Optimise recruitment processes, improve candidate experience and provide recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Support talent mapping, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other talent acquisition projects
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment in corporate, agency or in-house HR environments
- Experience working in a global company, cross-cultural team or international organisation
- Strong knowledge of Japan's labour market, talent landscape, employment standards and recruitment practices
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, behavioural and technical interviewing, talent assessment and offer negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Workday and standard recruitment tools
- Advanced MS Office Suite skils for reporting and data tracking
- Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience as an internal Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Specialist within a global technology, e-commerce, consumer or multinational company
- Experience recruiting for niche or technical roles in high-demand industries in Japan
- Strong professional network within the Japanese talent community
- Experience with recruitment data analysis and process improvement initiatives
