Senior Recruiter

A global automotive company is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The selected candidate will lead strategic hiring initiatives, advise internal stakeholders, and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy, sourcing methods, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
• Manage full-cycle recruitment while ensuring timely communication with hiring teams and candidates
• Communicate the company’s mission, values, and business direction to engage prospective talent
• Evaluate candidates from technical and behavioral perspectives to identify high-quality talent
• Engage candidates throughout the hiring process through active listening, negotiation, and relationship management
• Report hiring progress, pipeline status, and candidate recommendations to managers and leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 6 years of experience in recruitment areas
• Business level reading, written, and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in environments with rapid changes in business and products
• Prior experience navigating complex, matrix-based environments
• Knowledge in organisational dynamics
