シニアピープルビジネスパートナー/ Senior People Business Partner
A foreign cloud software company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner. The selected candidate will support business leaders and employees by driving strategic people initiatives and enhancing the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the regional People Business Partner for employees across Japan, supporting pre-sales, post-sales, and go-to-market support teams while partnering closely with employees and leadership in the Tokyo office
- Advise, coach, and influence managers on people-related matters, including performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation, organisational development, training, culture, inclusion, and employee engagement
- Partner closely with departmental People Business Partners to address critical business needs and support change management initiatives
- Collaborate with People Centres of Excellence (COEs) to provide expertise and contribute to the design of programs that enhance the employee experience
- Build, advise on, and implement People policies, guidelines, and programs in collaboration with COE partners
- Provide people analytics and strategic consulting to leadership to support data-driven decision-making and best practice implementation
- Assess employee development needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and implement initiatives aligned with organisational strategy
- Manage complex employee relations matters and partner with leadership to implement effective resolutions and best practices
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role (experience in fast-growing technology companies is preferred)
- Solid experience with HRIS
- Experience in employee relations and knowledge of global employment practices
- Experience working across business functions with first-line and senior leadership
- Strong in analytical and reporting skills
- Clear, direct, approachable, and friendly communication style and strong customer service orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organisation
- Professional level Japanese and English
