HRBP/ HRBP

A global medical devices company is seeking an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will drive HR initiatives and support business operations in areas such as talent management, employee relations, and organisational development. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Lead change management programs with leadership teams
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions
• Provide coaching and consultation to management on performance, morale, and development
• Facilitate training and workforce development programs
• Manage investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or a relevant domain is a plus
• More than 5 years of experience in HR
• More than 5 years of experience in HR consulting firms
• More than 3 years of HRBP experience
• Understanding of Organisational Development, Culture Change or Learning & Development
• Fluent level Japanese; professional level English
