GPODシニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager, GPOD
A multinational fashion design company is looking for a Senior Manager, GPOD for the North Asia region. The selected candidate will lead people development programs and organisational development initiatives across corporate and store teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver manager development and team learning programs
- Develop and manage e-learning and microlearning solutions
- Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions in English and Japanese
- Manage external vendor partnerships and oversee training via LMS/Workday
- Support organisational development and change management efforts
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and business leaders to align initiatives with goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 8 years of experience in training or OD and change management
- Experience in supporting multiple countries/ market is ideal
- Prior experience supporting Korea market is a plus
- Possess valid assessment tools and training methodologies certification is a plus (MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, Situational leadership, etc.)
- Native level Japanese; business level English (Korean is a plus)
