GPODシニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager, GPOD

A multinational fashion design company is looking for a Senior Manager, GPOD for the North Asia region. The selected candidate will lead people development programs and organisational development initiatives across corporate and store teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver manager development and team learning programs
• Develop and manage e-learning and microlearning solutions
• Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions in English and Japanese
• Manage external vendor partnerships and oversee training via LMS/Workday
• Support organisational development and change management efforts
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, and business leaders to align initiatives with goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of experience in training or OD and change management
• Experience in supporting multiple countries/ market is ideal
• Prior experience supporting Korea market is a plus
• Possess valid assessment tools and training methodologies certification is a plus (MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, Situational leadership, etc.)
• Native level Japanese; business level English (Korean is a plus)
