ビジュアルマーチャンダイジングマネージャー/ Visual Merchandising Manager

An international luxury jewellery brand is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager. The selected candidate will lead nationwide visual merchandising execution, ensure brand consistency across stores, manage visual merchandising operations, and support retail initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead visual merchandising execution in line with global guidelines and strategies
• Serve as the primary contact for the Visual Merchandising team
• Translate global visual merchandising guidelines for each store concept and campaign
• Coordinate visual merchandising tool orders and follow up with the central team
• Coordinate visual merchandising training and meetings for store experts and district managers
• Manage one Visual Merchandising Specialist
• Conduct regular store visits, including domestic travel
• Coordinate and support visual merchandising for new store openings, refurbishments, and relocations
• Support in-store events and ad hoc pop-up events
• Identify local adaptation requirements and communicate them to the global team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in visual merchandising
• Experience using MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the fashion or jewellery industry
• Experience in people management
• Understanding of brand business with a results-driven attitude
