A Digital Communications Specialist role is now open in a foreign manufacturing company. The chosen candidate will execute the company's digital communication strategy to support overall business and marketing goals. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital communication strategies and campaigns across prioritised B2B social media channels
• Create content for local social media channels and manage online communities
• Manage earned media initiatives, including employee advocacy and influencer relations
• Support and collaborate with the HQ team to generate leads through social media
• Provide input and support to the central web team in the development of websites and landing pages
• Apply SEO principles to maximise the impact of the local website, social media, and content marketing efforts
• Execute the overall marketing plan and grow local social media communities to drive business results
• Measure and report the performance of local digital marketing campaigns against established goals
• Stay up to date with social media trends

Requirements:

• Digital communication professional with 3 years or more in commercial B2B marketing
• Demonstrated ability to work in a country role with a central HQ.
• Interested and aware of local food and local marketing trends
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and smooth communication with stakeholders both locally and internationally.
• Professional level Japanese and English
