マーケティングマネージャー/ Marketing Manager

A global investment management firm is looking for a Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will develop and optimise marketing content, maximise the use of global assets, ensure compliant communications, and manage cross-functional marketing initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise marketing materials, thought leadership, website content, client communications, and sales support materials
• Localise global content for the Japanese market based on client needs, market conditions, regulations, and business priorities
• Maximise the use and impact of global content across Retail, Wholesale, and Institutional client segments
• Review marketing deliverables for quality, brand consistency, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Support marketing operations including vendor management, procurement, budgeting, invoicing, and campaign workflows
• Manage local, regional, and global marketing projects while collaborating with Sales, Investments, Product Development, Compliance, and Global Marketing teams

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in content marketing, content development, marketing communications, or a relevant domain
• Experience in asset management, investment management, financial services, or a relevant industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience localising and leveraging global content for local markets
• Prior experience with video creation and editing tools such as Microsoft Clipchamp
• Understanding of Wholesale and/or Institutional distribution channels
• Knowledge of mutual funds, pension products, and/or capital markets
