ジャパンマーケティングリード/ Japan Marketing Lead

A multinational health technology company is looking for a Japan Marketing Lead. The selected candidate will drive market strategy, product launches, and sales enablement while leading the marketing team. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual marketing plans based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights
• Define strategic positioning for key segments and adapt global roadmaps to the Japanese market
• Lead cross-functional teams in launching new products, services, and integrated solutions
• Implement pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and market entry initiatives
• Create sales tools, training materials, and marketing content to support sales activities
• Manage and develop the marketing team, fostering performance and organisational capability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in marketing in the medical device industry
• Prior experience in team management and P&L management
• Proven experience in home healthcare is ideal
• Background working with medical professionals (KOL management) is preferred
• Knowledge of IT or digital health sectors is a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English
