Head of Markets (E&E)

A renowned nonprofit education and cultural organization is looking for a Head of Markets (E&E). The selected candidate will lead market strategy, financial performance, cross-functional delivery, and sustainable commercial growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market teams and promote a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable culture
• Develop and execute market plans aligned with global strategy and local customer needs
• Manage market P&L, revenue targets, investment priorities, cost control, and profitability
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, people, and product teams to deliver market objectives
• Strengthen customer experience, retention, conversion, and service performance against agreed KPIs
• Analyse market performance, identify risks and growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or a related domain is a plus
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and matrix organisations
• Prior experience in a commercial leadership role
• Proven experience delivering business growth and managing P&L for a medium/large market

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in international or global markets, particularly in education
• Understanding of global / local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in relevant sectors
