RED Marketing Director

An international pharmaceutical group is seeking a Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED) Marketing Director. The selected candidate will lead strategy development, tactical execution, and stakeholder engagement to achieve brand and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and goal achievement for the therapeutic area by analysing market trends, brand performance, and customer insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align local strategies with global objectives and drive unified execution
• Oversee tactical marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, non-personal promotion, and peer-to-peer programs
• Guide sales teams on brand positioning, targeting, messaging, and resource utilisation
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including KOLs and industry associations
• Coach and develop direct reports to ensure performance excellence and talent growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science, business, or other relevant domains
• More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in people management or indirect team leadership
• Prior experience as a brand leader for in-line products in rare disease or specialty care
• Proven experience leading or supporting a successful product launch in the rare disease space
• Background in field sales and additional commercial roles (training, sales planning, etc.)
• Skilled in marketing from strategy development to tactical execution
