シニアプロダクトマネージャー/ Senior Product Manager

An international eCommerce company is looking for a Senior Product Manager. The selected candidate will define product strategy, manage the full lifecycle, and drive innovation across customer, courier, and store experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Own product vision, roadmap, strategy, and KPIs for the Eats Japan customer experience
• Represent the Voice of the Customer by deeply understanding user needs
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and performance tracking
• Identify and remove friction in the end-to-end shopping journey to boost conversion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring product ideas to life
• Partner with business teams to scale the customer, courier, and store base
• Build a best-in-class mobile and web shopping and logistics experience

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in product management
• Proven experience developing and executing strong product vision
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects
• Strong business judgment and communication skills
• Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1); proficient in English
