Brand Strategy Director

An international marketing company is looking for a Brand Strategy Director. The selected candidate will lead brand strategy development and drive integrated campaigns that deliver business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of brand strategies, creative briefs, and pitch presentations
• Design customer journeys and go-to-market plans with clear KPIs
• Conduct research to uncover consumer insights and measure campaign effectiveness
• Develop brand purpose, brand platforms, and architecture
• Provide thought leadership across the agency and inspire teams with best-in-class insights
• Guide and train strategy team members across all levels

Requirements:

• Practical experience in identifying consumer insights through projective techniques
• Experience in client engagement and building strong partnerships
• Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Proven ability to define media roles and set communication KPIs
• Expertise in strategy, culture, brands, or technology
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
