生産 GMPサポート/ Production GMP Support

A global healthcare company is seeking a Production GMP Supporter. The selected candidate will ensure GMP compliance, support operational excellence, and contribute to process improvements in production activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support resolution of deviations and quality events through systematic problem-solving with stakeholders
• Conduct periodic process confirmations and 5S checks to maintain operational standards
• Prepare and manage Change Requests for approved process changes
• Participate in new projects and packaging line implementations, conducting risk and impact assessments
• Provide GMP guidance, enhance Quality Mindset, and prepare or revise SOPs, JIs, and TROLs

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or quality within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or cosmetics industry
• Prior experience in continuous improvement and process optimisation in a global environment
• Experience using English in a professional setting with strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong interest in enhancing Quality Mindset and improving production performance
• Professional level Japanese
