シニアMSL/ Senior MSL

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Medical Science Liaison. The selected candidate will lead scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, support Medical Affairs initiatives, provide scientific expertise, mentor MSL team members, and contribute to the organisation’s medical strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute tailored stakeholder engagement strategies
• Conduct scientific engagements with healthcare professionals through one-to-one and group interactions
• Leverage digital tools and omnichannel approaches to optimise stakeholder engagement
• Share scientific insights within Medical Affairs, global teams, and cross-functional teams
• Support the organisation of Medical Affairs events, advisory boards, scientific workshops, and symposia
• Provide speaker training for paid speaker events
• Coach and mentor MSL team members to enhance the quality and effectiveness of field activities
• Contribute to the execution of organisational medical strategy

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in an equivalent role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ethical conduct and accountability
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and perform in a high-performing team environment
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Master's degree or PhD in Science
• Strong scientific knowledge in HIV, Virology, or Infectious Diseases
• Ability to act as a change agent while fostering innovation and collaboration
• Possess a valid Pharmacist or MD qualification
