ラジオロジーメディカルリード/ Medical Lead Radiology

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an Associate Manager / Medical Lead Radiology, Japan & APAC. The selected candidate will lead medical initiatives, generate scientific evidence, engage with healthcare professionals, and support medical affairs activities across Japan and the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a member of cross-functional and cross-regional teams across Global and APAC
• Plan and execute medical initiatives aligned with global and local strategic priorities
• Generate new evidence through IIR, ISCS, and CSS
• Facilitate doctor-to-doctor medical education across APAC by leveraging generated evidence
• Review and approve promotional materials
• Manage thought leader relationships through scientific communication
• Organise and lead scientific advisory board meetings
• Contribute to scientific publications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a science-related field within radiology, preferably as a radiologist or radiological technologist
• More than 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience developing and executing medical strategies for pharmaceutical brands
• Clinical research and trial management experience
• Ability to engage authoritatively with healthcare professionals and investigators
• Relationship-building and persuasion skills
• Leadership ability with skills to motivate teams
• Budget and resource management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally across Japan and ASEAN countries
• Experience across various therapeutic areas with solid Medical Affairs experience and willingness to travel throughout the APAC region
• Proficient level English and Japanese
