シニア医療顧問/ Senior Medical Advisor

An international pharmaceutical group is seeking a Senior Medical Advisor/Medical Advisor, Rare Disease. The selected candidate will lead medical strategy development, team capability building, and stakeholder engagement in the assigned therapeutic area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and execution of medical strategies for the assigned therapy area or product
• Guide and train Medical Affairs teams to enhance capabilities and improve processes
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, academic partners, and other stakeholders
• Develop and deliver medical education programs and provide scientific support for marketing initiatives
• Oversee therapeutic line/product budgets and ensure compliance with regulations
• Identify research gaps and support investigator-initiated studies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a scientific domain
• Experience in medical affairs or clinical development within the pharmaceutical industry or in scientific research
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English and Japanese
