医療コンテンツマネージャー/ Medical Content Manager

An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Manager, Medical Communication and Content. The selected candidate will develop and adapt medical content strategies to enhance dissemination of scientific data across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement local medical content strategies in alignment with therapeutic area goals and regulations
• Adapt global medical content and create limited local content when necessary
• Promote content re-use and prioritise local creation only when global content is unavailable
• Collaborate with commercial teams to execute medical channel strategies
• Leverage customer and market insights to optimise content format and delivery channels
• Generate analytics and performance reports to measure content effectiveness

Requirements:

• Advanced degree or above in scientific or healthcare domain
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
• Experience in medical affairs, scientific publications, or medical communications
• Prior experience in scientific peer-reviewed publications, global medical communications, and industry publication best practices
