A renowned biotechnology research company is seeking a Scientific Consultant – Mass Spectrometry Data Analyst. The selected candidate will provide expert support in mass spectrometry data analysis, customer training, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on mass spectrometry data analysis to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
• Assess customer needs across the full data process workflow
• Deliver training sessions at customer sites
• Manage and execute service projects from planning to delivery
• Support sales teams with product expertise, presentations, and demonstrations

Requirements:

• Ph.D. or above in analytical sciences, biochemistry, bioinformatics, or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience in mass spectrometry
• Background in protein analysis and biotherapeutics characterisation
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
