オーダー処理スペシャリスト/ Order Processing Specialist

An international biotech company is searching for an Order Processing Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for creating order confirmations, delivery slips, and invoices in SAP. This is a hybrid setup position.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customers’ orders into SAP, ensuring all details are correctly applied
• Communicate with customers regarding order information and updates
• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping and delivery schedules
• Address customer complaints regarding issues with orders
• Maintain customer master data, price conditions and delivery replenishment time in SAP
• Liaise with warehouse staff for stock verification and outbound deliveries
• Arrange charter trucks based on customer requests
• Manage return shipments from customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of working experience in order processing department, service and detail orientated
• Strong SAP knowledge and skills for Sales and Distribution module
• Excellent customer service skills
• Native level written and verbal Japanese; intermediate level written and verbal English
