臨床ネットワーク担当シニアディレクター/ Senior Director, Clinical Network

A global biotechnology research company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Network. The selected candidate will lead clinical operations, talent, quality, financial performance, and commercial growth across assigned countries while ensuring effective project and customer delivery. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical network teams, develop managers and high-performing talent, and drive succession planning
• Oversee country-level clinical operations, regulatory coordination, resource allocation, and project delivery
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality through KPIs, KQIs, standardised processes, and performance monitoring
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, performance, and retention strategies across assigned teams
• Direct budgets, utilisation, costs, profitability, and financial performance across assigned countries
• Identify business opportunities, support proposals and bid activities, and represent the organisation with customers and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (life sciences is preferred)
• More than 10 years supervisory experience
• More than 4 years of experience in managing customer relationship in a healthcare or clinical research setting
• More than 2 years of managing managers
• More than 1 year of leading a team or function
• Understanding of drug development process
• Familiarity with relevant SOPs, ICH and GCP guidelines
• Knowledge of local and regional regulatory requirements
• Understanding of resource management, tools, and team development
• Prior knowledge of human resource and employee performance management process
• Skilled in managing a team to ICH GCP/FDA/ISO14155 standards
• Possess valid nursing, medical, or laboratory technician certification
• Proficient in reading, written, and spoken English
