シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

A global biotechnology research company is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee project delivery, client relationships, cross-functional teams, financial performance, quality, and resource planning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines, scope, budget, quality standards, and contractual requirements
• Build strong client relationships and lead effective communication across internal and external project teams
• Resolve project issues and conflicts while serving as the primary escalation point for key stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, change controls, performance targets, resource requirements, and succession plans
• Lead risk management, quality assurance, project planning, KPI monitoring, and regulatory compliance activities
• Support business presentations, mentor project professionals, and contribute to talent development and performance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (life science preferred)
• More than 7 years of relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO
• More than 2 years of project management experience
• Experience managing projects in a matrix and virtual environment
• Understanding of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs
• Familiarity with project management processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid nursing, medical, laboratory technology, or related allied health profession qualification
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred requirements:

• Master’s or other advanced degree
• Possess valid PMP certification
