エビデンス戦略・運用リード/ Evidence Strategy & Operations Lead

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an Evidence Strategy & Operations Lead. The chosen candidate will lead evidence strategy and operations to deliver high-quality studies and support product lifecycle objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Shape evidence-generation strategy across therapeutic areas and drive cross-portfolio operational synergies
• Lead enterprise evidence strategy and operations across evidence synthesis, analytics, and study operations while providing coaching and implementing internal standards and processes
• Oversee the timely, high-quality delivery of studies and projects, and organise regular study monitoring meetings for dashboard management
• Ensure study quality standards and compliance with GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations throughout study planning and execution
• Redefine processes and ways of working to improve planning and execution of data-generation programs by standardising workflows, reducing duplication, and accelerating delivery across the portfolio
• Manage external vendors to ensure the quality of outsourced services
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive cross-therapeutic area and cross-portfolio synergies, including data reuse, harmonised study designs, and shared analytics to improve efficiency, reduce duplication, and accelerate timelines
• Represent Japan RWE-HO in cross-regional forums, ensuring alignment with global evidence strategy initiatives and facilitating knowledge sharing
• Partner with Global RWE-HO to prepare QBRs and town halls, and promote best-practice sharing across Japan and other regions

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Life Sciences) is preferred
• Significant experience in real-world evidence, clinical or observational study design, statistical or data management, and study delivery
• Experience with vendor management and quality/compliance oversight in regulated environments
• Demonstrated people management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills
• Consulting/CRO managerial experience welcomed
