インサイトマネージャー/ Insights Manager

An Insight Manager position is now open in a global pharmaceutical company. The selected applicant will lead analytical and forecasting projects, deliver strategic business insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate analytical projects, translating stakeholder needs into business questions and determining proper approaches, resources, and execution
• Build accurate and well-structured sales forecast models, define assumptions, and prepare supporting documentation for business reviews
• Define and monitor KPIs for omni-channel projects, manage promotion data analysis, and deliver insights to improve digital initiatives
• Identify and analyse performance metrics aligned with strategic priorities, report findings to management, and share KPI reports with global stakeholders
• Provide strategic insights and guidance to business units for critical business and organisational decision-making
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and digital teams
• Discover and validate new data sources to generate insights, refine strategies, and support business cases for pipeline assets or future events
• Propose market research methods, create questionnaires, and analyse primary data to quantify findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (MSc, PhD, MBA is preferred)
• More than 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess a valid Project Management Certification or Qualification is advantageous (PMP, APM, Prince 2, Agile, etc.)
• Business level Japanese and English
