MSL リード/ MSL Lead

An international pharmaceutical company is seeking an MSL Lead or Group Manager of Medical Science Liaison. The selected candidate will lead and coach the MSL team while driving strategic medical initiatives aligned with the broader medical plan.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and assess MSLs’ competencies and performance
• Oversee development and execution of training programs for MSLs
• Support MSL engagement with MTLs, insight collection, and medical events
• Provide feedback on insights gathered by MSLs and translate them into actionable strategies
• Optimise team resources and enhance overall productivity
• Develop, implement, and monitor the MSL action plan in alignment with the medical strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Commercial, RI/GMA teams, and support site management
• Deliver scientific support and education to the commercial division while ensuring scientific integrity

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above (PhD or healthcare qualification such as M.D., dentist, or pharmacist preferred)
• More than 5 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry in dermatology/immunology
• Skilled in coaching scientific/medical teams, implementing tactical plans, and leading within dynamic environments
• Deep understanding of ethical guidelines and ability to influence across functions
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally overseas
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)
