Head of Reproductive Medicine

A multinational biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Head of Reproductive Medicine. The selected candidate will manage medical affairs initiatives, evidence generation, and team leadership to maximise product value and scientific impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Oversee phase IIIb/IV trials, real-world evidence, and health outcomes research
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
• Deliver scientific training and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
• Identify unmet medical needs through scientific exchange with medical communities
• Lead and manage the reproductive medicine team to ensure high-quality scientific support

Requirements:

• MD, PhD, or PharmD in a medical specialty or equivalent
• More than 2 years of medical experience in RM or other therapeutic area within hospital, academic, or pharmaceutical settings
• Experience in medical paper writing, statistical interpretation, and strategic planning
• Skilled in interpreting scientific data and executing clinical studies
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead strategic initiatives
• Business level Japanese and English
