A global medical devices manufacturer is looking for a Sr Sourcing Specialist. The selected candidate will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier engagement, negotiations and performance management to support cost optimisation and value creation .

Responsibilities:

• Adapt sourcing strategies to changing business needs and priorities
• Identify innovative sourcing solutions and cost optimisation opportunities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide sourcing support
• Research new suppliers, technologies and market trends
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on strategic fit and performance
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract discussions
• Monitor supplier performance and address improvement opportunities
• Pursue continuous learning in sourcing and related areas

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
