戦術バイヤー/ Tactical Buyer

An international semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Tactical Buyer. The selected candidate will manage supplier performance, purchasing operations, supply capacity, and commercial issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise supplier performance across cost, delivery, quality, and service
• Manage supplier engagement, onboarding, compliance, and purchasing governance
• Ensure alignment on supplier pricing, commercial terms, logistics, and purchasing records
• Identify capacity constraints and coordinate allocation, lead-time, and inventory strategies
• Resolve supplier quality, delivery, invoicing, and commercial issues
• Coordinate sourcing transitions and supply priorities with procurement, quality, logistics, and product teams

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of buyer responsibilities
• Experience negotiating sourcing and supply contracts
• Understanding of implementing strategies while meeting local objectives
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
