間接調達/ Indirect Procurement

An international medical devices company is seeking an Indirect Procurement professional. The selected candidate will develop and implement cost-reduction strategies, manage suppliers, and ensure procurement compliance across multiple commodities.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Formulate and execute purchasing and cost-reduction strategies to achieve KPIs
• Conduct bids, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and manage related schedules and documentation
• Manage supplier evaluation and ensure compliance with quality and risk guidelines
• Ensure adherence to procurement compliance in supplier selection, evaluation, and negotiations
• Review purchase requisitions to prevent unreasonable purchases

Requirements:

• Practical experience in procurement and purchasing
• Indirect purchasing experience in IT-related, Fleet, Travel, Marketing, Advisory Service, or Real Estate
• Sales experience in IT, leasing, travel, marketing, real estate, or B2B service industries is ideal
• Knowledge of negotiation, supplier management, contract management, internal stakeholder management, and data analysis
• Understanding of purchasing systems and procurement-related processes is preferred
• Business level Japanese and English (TOEIC 750+)
