調達アシスタントマネージャー/ Assistant Procurement Manager

An international consumer goods company is looking for an Assistant Procurement Manager (Packaging). The selected candidate will manage packaging material sourcing, sustainability initiatives, and supplier relationships to optimise cost and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Implement packaging material sourcing for innovation and promotional activities
• Lead sustainability initiatives related to packaging procurement
• Create and execute sourcing strategies
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiation and specification optimisation with R&D
• Manage and strengthen supplier relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals

Requirements:

• Practical experience in procurement or sales in packaging companies
• Prior R&D experience is ideal
• Supply chain experience preferred
• Knowledge of packaging or printing technology
• Skilled in negotiation for cost control
• Strong analytical skills for cost and supplier evaluation
• Professional level Japanese and English
